1. Overview
     ZJK series magnetoelectric intelligent flow meters which use magnetoelectric digital signal detection technology have many advantages, such as strong vibration resistance, high sensitivity and low power consumption, etc. They are widely used in flow measurement in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, brewing, printing, dyeing, medicine, food, environmental protection and city water supply and drainage etc.


2. Fundamental Features

   . Design in dual power supply, internal lithium battery with 3. 6v or external DC power supply with 24v;

   . Intelligent integration design, which is powerful, and can display on scene, be easy to read, and convenient for parameter modification;

   . Overall signal-output function, with standard two-wire system, 4~20mA current output, pulse output, and RS- 485 communication (add according to the need);

   . Good shockproof and anti-interference ability;

   . Sensor is made of stainless steel without moving parts inside, which is corrosion resistance and preserves a long service life;

   . Low lower flow rate, wide range ratio and high measurement precision;

   . After setting a length of plane in magnetoelectric meter tube shell, the flow meter calibration can be conducted online on the scene;

   . Vortex is detachable, which can avoid scrapping the whole flow meter and stopping the system. Moreover, replacing and cleaning up can be done on site.
