1. Overview
    Digitized simulation experiment system for level well is mainly used to simulate gravel packing process of level wells and highly-deviated directional wells on the ground condition, simulate sanding of stratum box, evaluate sand-control performance of different sand screen, and appraise shear resistance of liquids with different viscosities when they go through simulation stratum box.

 

2. Main Functions
   . Sand-control technology evaluation and test of level and highly-deviated wells and casing completion;
   . Adaptability test between screen pipe and gravel and fluid performance with different specification in stratum;
   . Detection test of technical performance (permeability, porosity, sand-control accuracy) of all kinds of sieve tube;
   . Water ridge law research trial of level and highly-deviated wells and screen pipe completion;
   . Plugging technology development and process optimization study after sand-control device blocks;
   . Related tool test;
   . Whether setting and releasing of level and inclined section tools are safe or not, and position mode test;
   . Test of level and inclined section tools, test on plug removal tool of bare hole sand control well completion.

   . Active power simulation test pressure of the device: 12MPa;
   . Auxiliary power simulation test pressure : 5MPa;
   . Fluid medium: sand, water, melon glue, etc.;
   . Simulation temperature: normal temperature.
